He is a fountain of knowledge regarding everything Bhutan. From animal identification to his depth of knowledge of Buddhism, he shared his insights in the humblest of ways. Every detail of our trip was thought out and we were constantly delighted with the surprises Chencho arranged. A hot stone bath after the long hike up to Tiger's Nest Monastery, a decadent private breakfast set above a stunning Monastery in Punakha.

The trek was challenging and we were supported and cared for the entire time. Chencho and his amazing team kept us hydrated, well fed, warm and in good spirits even when the altitude challenged us! On day 6 of the trek our cook Doji surprised us with a cake and a gorgeous platter of roasted chicken! We were completely blown away with the level of service and their amazing spirit.

It was the trip of a lifetime and we certainly credit Chencho and team. If you are going to Bhutan, go with Bhutan Bon Voyage. We recommend 1000%.

From the moment I arrived my guide Kencho was keen to help and to share Bhutanese culture. The scenery was stunning and we also went to a local village festival which was really interesting with a very friendly atmosphere. The support team for the trek were also great, a good variety of food on the way and I was well looked after at all times.

The accommodations were luxurious even on overnight treks! And the food was delicious- Chencho made sure it was not too spicy.
